Job Opportunity – Occupational Therapist – Santa Barbara, CA 93105
Start Date: October 26, 2026
Location: Santa Barbara, California
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week

Requirements:
- Current California Occupational Therapist license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
- Current BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Comprehensive compliance documentation including background checks, health screenings, immunization records, and competency assessments
