Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist – Seattle, WA 98126

Start Date: October 26, 2026

Location: Seattle, Washington

Schedule: Day shift, 8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30), Monday through Friday. Patient ratio of 1:5. This position requires a 5x8-hour schedule; 4x10 or 3x12 schedules cannot be accommodated. No weekend requirement. No on-call requirement.

Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapy license (compact license accepted; pending licenses considered)
• Minimum 1 year of skilled nursing facility (SNF) and/or long-term care (LTC) experience required
• Current BLS/BCLS certification required
• Experience with PointClickCare charting system required
• COVID-19 primary series vaccination plus one booster required
• Reliable personal transportation required
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• First-time travelers not accepted for this position
