Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist – Portland, OR 97215

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Portland, Oregon

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week

Requirements:

• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Oregon
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
• Completion of specialty competency exam with 80% or passing score
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work in team-oriented environments
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient-centered care
• Completion of Oregon-specific mandatory training: Providing Inclusive Care Training for Oregon Long-Term Care Settings
