Job Opportunity – Hospice Registered Nurse – Grand Junction, CO 81506

Start Date: September 14, 2026

Location: Grand Junction, Colorado

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week guaranteed. Includes on-call and weekend rotation coverage.

Highlights:

• Provide compassionate hospice care to patients in various settings including private homes, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities
• Serve as Primary RN with your own assigned caseload, leading an interdisciplinary care team
• Utilize strong clinical skills in symptom management, assessment, and critical thinking across all disease processes
• Work in a supportive environment that fosters personalized, patient-centered care
• Make a meaningful difference by helping patients and families navigate end-of-life care with dignity and comfort
• 84-day assignment with multiple positions available

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license in Colorado
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Experience in hospice or palliative care preferred
• Excellent teaching and communication skills to educate patients and caregivers
• Ability to work independently and lead an interdisciplinary team
