Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Emergency Department – Morristown, VT 05661

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Morristown, Vermont

Schedule: Days / Varied shifts, 36 guaranteed hours per week

Highlights:

• 91-day travel assignment in a critical access hospital emergency department
• Provide age-specific, direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
• Leadership responsibilities including delegation and coordination of care
• Work within established nursing standards of patient care and specialty-specific protocols
• Competitive compensation with overtime available after 40 hours per week

Requirements:

• Current Vermont RN license or compact state license
• Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Active ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification
• PALS or ENPC (Pediatric Advanced Life Support or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) certification
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• De-escalation training required
• All certifications must be active prior to start date or renewal plan must be in place
