Job Opportunity – Labor and Delivery / Postpartum Nurse – Glenwood Springs, CO 81601

Start Date: October 6, 2026

Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado – Roaring Fork Valley region

Schedule: 12-hour night shifts with rotating weekends. Call rotation typically one 12-hour shift every 6 weeks. 36 guaranteed hours per week.

Highlights:

• Join a dynamic Family Birth Place Team providing comprehensive labor and delivery, OR, PACU, and postpartum couplet care
• Current volume of 60 deliveries per month with anticipated growth to 80+ deliveries in the coming months
• Care for babies 32 weeks gestation and up in a supportive, evidence-based practice environment
• RN Charge experience required – opportunity to utilize leadership skills in a collaborative team setting
• 91-day travel assignment in the beautiful Roaring Fork Valley of Western Colorado
• Work with a fun, dedicated team committed to providing exceptional patient experiences

Requirements:

• Current Colorado RN license or compact state license eligible to practice in Colorado
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• STABLE certification
• RN Charge experience required
• Flu vaccination required (mandatory October 1 through April 1 with no exemptions)
• Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility
• Colorado CAPS requirement – allow up to two weeks for processing
• Limited requested time off; ready to start immediately
