Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Nursery/NICU – Opelousas, LA 70570

Start Date: September 3, 2026

Location: Opelousas, Louisiana

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 36 hours per week

Highlights:

8-week travel nursing assignment in a Nursery/NICU setting
Consistent night shift schedule with 36 hours per week
Overtime available after 40 hours per week at time and a half
Holiday and callback pay at premium rates
On-call opportunities with additional compensation

Requirements:

Active RN license in Louisiana or compact state license
Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
Previous Nursery or NICU experience preferred
