Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Labor and Delivery – Lewistown, MT 59457

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: Central Montana

Schedule: Three 12-hour night shifts per week, 36 guaranteed hours. Assignment duration of 91 days (approximately 13 weeks). Two positions available.

Highlights:

• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor progression and assist with deliveries
• Provide comprehensive care including administering medications, performing cervical exams, and interpreting fetal monitoring strips
• Respond promptly to obstetric emergencies and prepare patients for operative deliveries
• Deliver postpartum education and emotional support to patients and families during critical moments
• Competitive compensation with overtime, callback, holiday, and on-call pay differentials available

Requirements:

• Current Montana RN license required
• Active BLS certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• STABLE Program certification
• Experience in both Labor and Delivery settings required
• Strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills
