Job Opportunity – Operating Room Nurse – Gardner, MA 01440

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Gardner, Massachusetts

Schedule: 40-hour work week, four 10-hour day shifts with call rotation. On-call required one night per week and weekends based on staffing needs. On-call rate of $4 per hour pager pay.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current Massachusetts RN license
• ACLS certification upon hire, or active BLS with ACLS obtained within 60 days of hire
• Operating room nursing experience strongly preferred; CNOR certification strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, and function effectively in an environment with competing priorities
• Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions and patient care plans
