Job Opportunity – Inpatient Pharmacist – Tulsa, OK 74104

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Schedule: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (12:00 PM - 10:30 PM). Weekend coverage required. This is a 13-week travel assignment.

Highlights:

• Inpatient acute care pharmacy position at a 450-bed facility with a daily census of 390 patients
• First-time travelers welcome; orientation provided (approximately 40 hours)
• Opportunity to work with diverse patient populations including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Two positions available for this assignment

Requirements:

• Active Oklahoma pharmacy license or compact license required at time of submission
• Current BLS certification required
• RPh (Registered Pharmacist) credential required
• BCPS (Board Certified Pharmacist Specialist) preferred
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience
• Candidates must reside outside a 75-mile radius from the facility
• Experience with antibiotics, anticoagulation therapy, clinical dosing, compounding, high-alert medications, IV medications, and sterile technique
