Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Adolescent Psychiatric and Addiction – Glenwood Springs, CO 81601

Start Date: November 3, 2026

Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado

Schedule: 12-hour night shifts with rotating weekends; 36 guaranteed hours per week. Two positions available for a 91-day assignment ending February 2, 2027.

Work in a unique, in-hospital residential treatment center dedicated to adolescent addiction recovery and mental health for over 30 years
Make a meaningful difference in the lives of adolescents ages 15-18 working through recovery and mental health challenges
Participate in therapeutic recreation activities with clients as part of holistic treatment approach
Join a specialized team focused exclusively on the adolescent population in a supportive, mission-driven environment
Competitive compensation with overtime after 40 hours per week and enhanced holiday rates

Requirements:

Current Colorado RN License (DORA)
Minimum 2 years of RN experience in Adolescent Psychiatric or Addiction nursing
BLS certification through the American Heart Association
Completed fingerprint-based national criminal history check within the last 30 days as required by Human Services for Youth Mentoring Program
Current flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
Permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility
CAPS requirement registration through Colorado state system
Ability and willingness to work 12-hour night shifts with flexible scheduling
CAC Certification is a plus
