Description
Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist, Outpatient – Anchorage, AK 99508
Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Schedule: Day shift, 4x10 or 5x8 hours (08:00 - 16:30), no weekends required with occasional Saturday coverage. Approximately 10 patient visits per day treating adults and geriatric populations.

Requirements:
- Valid Alaska Physical Therapy license (pending licenses accepted)
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
- Experience with Epic charting system required
- Proficiency in treating conditions including orthopedic, neurological, post-operative, and medically complex patients
- Skills in post-stroke rehabilitation, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, total joint replacements, and patient/family education
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
- Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
