Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Emergency Department – Everett, WA 98201

Start Date: October 26, 2026

Location: Everett, Washington

Schedule: 3x12-hour evening shifts (2:30 PM - 3:00 AM), 60 guaranteed hours per two-week period. Weekend coverage required. Float to sister facilities may be required.

Highlights:

• Level II adult trauma center and Level III pediatric trauma center with 79-bed Emergency Department
• High-acuity patient population including stroke, STEMI, trauma, critically ill patients, and behavioral health
• Primary stroke receiving center and thrombectomy center accepting transfers
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, rapid response teams, and pharmacy
• Daily census of approximately 220 visits with patient ratios of 4:1
• Epic charting system with 24 hours of orientation provided

Requirements:

• Active Compact RN license (must be in hand at submission)
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience required
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC or PALS
• Epic charting system experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers accepted with at least 2 years of experience
• Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
• Proficiency in arterial line management, ventilated patient care, central line management, IV vasopressors, blood product administration, BiPAP/CPAP, procedural sedation, and triage
• Experience with critically ill patients, behavioral health de-escalation, and all age groups from neonates to geriatrics
• Local candidates within 50-mile radius not accepted
