Description
Job Opportunity – Pediatric Physical Therapist – Anchorage, AK 99508
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Schedule: Day shift, 4x10-hour or 5x8-hour shifts (07:00 - 17:00), with approximately 1-2 weekend shifts per month required. Assignment length of 13 or 26 weeks available based on your preference.

Requirements:
- Active Alaska Physical Therapy license (pending licenses accepted for submission, but must be in hand prior to start)
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
- Pediatric experience required; must have inpatient experience
- Epic charting experience preferred
- Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
- Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
- Hepatitis B vaccination required (titers or declination not accepted)
