Start Date: October 26, 2026

Location: Lancaster, Kentucky

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week. This is a travel assignment with a duration of approximately 89 days (through January 23, 2027). Float coverage between multiple facilities.

Requirements:

• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Kentucky
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA)
• Completion of specialty-specific competency exam with 80% or passing score
• Joint Commission Core I, II, and III training completed within one year
• Current immunizations including MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, TB testing, and seasonal influenza
• Negative drug screen and background check clearance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with commitment to high-quality patient care
