Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Labor and Delivery – Issaquah, WA 98029

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Issaquah, Washington

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30). Contract duration of 13 or 26 weeks available. Staffing ratio 1:1-3. Float requirements to Post-Partum and potentially other nearby units based on skill set.

• 8 labor rooms and 4 triage rooms serving a diverse patient population including labor, preterm labor, low risk antepartum, and low risk labor and delivery
• Comprehensive scope of practice including circulating for C-sections, GYN surgeries, couplet care, and transition nursery
• First-time travelers accepted with appropriate experience and certifications
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate as traveling professionals

Requirements:

• Active Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience
• Epic charting system experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, FHM (Fetal Heart Monitoring), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), AWHONN Intermediate
• ACLS certification preferred
• Proficiency in blood/blood products administration, epidural pumps, PCA pumps, anticoagulation therapy, magnesium sulfate therapy, insulin drips, and wound care
• Experience with high-risk deliveries, triage of obstetrical patients, IUPC placement and calibration, and central line maintenance
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
