Description
Job Opportunity – Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray Tech) – Portland, OR 97225
Start Date: November 2, 2026
Location: Portland, Oregon metropolitan area
Schedule: Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:30 AM - 8:00 PM), Wednesday through Friday. Block schedule required. On-call coverage required (3 shifts per month). 91-day assignment ending February 1, 2027.

- Work at a 536-bed short-term acute care teaching hospital with a daily census of 475 patients
- Epic charting system in a modern healthcare environment

- Serve diverse patient populations including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
- Opportunity to work in multiple settings including emergency department, operating room, ICU, and NICU
- Free parking provided at the facility
Requirements:
- Active Oregon state license or compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
- ARRT (R) certification required
- Current BLS certification
- Fluoroscopy permit required
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
- Required competencies: extremities, abdomen/GI, spine/pelvis, chest/thorax, musculoskeletal imaging, surgery/C-Arm procedures
- Epic charting experience preferred
- Experience with neonates and infants preferred
- Community hospital experience preferred
- Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
- Clean background check required (facility does not accept Nursys or background hits)
