Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Pediatrics – Lubbock, TX 79410

Start Date: December 14, 2026

Location: Lubbock, Texas

Schedule: Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:00). Weekend coverage required (5 shifts per 6-week period). On-call based on unit census. Floating between units may be required within scope of practice.

Requirements:

• Active Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
• Current BLS and PALS certifications
• Epic charting system experience required
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Skills required: BiPAP/CPAP management, central line care, oxygen delivery systems, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, isolation precautions, breastfeeding support, pediatric med-surg, hyperbilirubinemia management, and various feeding techniques
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Clean background check required
