Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week

Requirements:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in Pennsylvania
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a home health setting (new graduates not accepted)
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Clean professional license with no current or prior disciplinary actions
• Completion of all required health screenings, background checks, and compliance documentation
