Job Opportunity – Emergency Room Registered Nurse – Pocatello, ID 83201

Start Date: October 26, 2026

Location: Pocatello, Idaho

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (18:45 - 07:15). Weekend coverage required. Patient ratios: 1:4 nights, 1:5 nights, 1:10 days. Combination of mid shifts available (9a, 10a, 11a, 1p, 3p). Daily census approximately 120 patients with 90 visits per day in a 26-bed emergency department.

• All-age patient population including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and radiology
• First-time travelers accepted with 12 hours of orientation provided
• 84-day assignment with one pre-approved time off period available

Requirements:

• Active RN license (state or compact) required at time of submission
• Current certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS (must be in hand at submission)
• Minimum 1 year of emergency department nursing experience
• Epic charting system experience required
• Experience with patient ratio of 1:4 required
• TNCC certification preferred; previous charge experience preferred
• Must reside outside 50-mile radius from location
