Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist, Outpatient – Napa, CA 94558

Start Date: November 9, 2026

Location: Napa Valley region, Northern California

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM). Average patient volume of 10-12 scheduled appointments per day, typically seeing 8-11 patients. Caseload includes 1-3 evaluations and follow-up visits with 30 and 45-minute appointment durations.

Highlights:

• Primarily outpatient care with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation
• Exposure to diverse patient populations including geriatric and neurological cases
• Opportunity for blended role across outpatient, acute care, and inpatient rehabilitation settings
• Work with adolescent, adult, pediatric, and geriatric patient age groups
• 13-week travel assignment in the beautiful Napa Valley region
• 40 hours of paid orientation to ensure successful onboarding

Requirements:

• Active California Physical Therapy license or compact license in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience required
• BLS certification required
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; candidates with acute care or inpatient rehabilitation experience will also be considered
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Must reside outside 50-mile local radius or willing to accept adjusted compensation
