Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Telemetry – San Pedro, CA 90732

Start Date: November 2, 2026

Location: San Pedro, California

Schedule: Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:00). Patient ratio 1:4. Every other weekend required. May float to Medical-Surgical units and sister facilities as needed.

Requirements:

• Active California RN license or Compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS (BCLS), NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Minimum 1 year of recent telemetry nursing experience required
• Critical requirement: Demonstrated experience with ventilated patients and tracheostomy management (non-negotiable)
• Proficiency with cardiac telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, BiPAP/CPAP, central line care, chest tubes, and wound care
• Experience with patient ratios of 1:4 and charting systems (Meditech/Epic)
• Clean background check required; no exceptions for background or license verification issues
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
