Job Opportunity – Certified Surgical Technologist – Spokane, WA 99204

Start Date: November 2, 2026

Location: Spokane, Washington

Schedule: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (06:45 - 17:15). On-call required once per week with one weekend per six-week schedule. May float to outpatient surgical center as needed.

Highlights:

• Work in a 629-bed teaching hospital with Level II Trauma Center and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center designation
• Gain experience across diverse surgical specialties including neuro, ortho, general, GU, GYN, robotics, pediatrics, plastics, ENT, ophthalmology, and transplant procedures
• Main OR with 20 rooms and daily census of 55-60 cases serving patients of all ages from neonates to geriatrics
• Utilize Epic charting system and advanced surgical equipment including Da Vinci Xi robotic system
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Free parking provided with 91-day assignment duration

Requirements:

• Current Washington state license or Compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• NBSTSA certification required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of surgical technology experience
• Neurosurgical skills required (hard requirement)
• Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
• Proficiency in general OR procedures, laparoscopic assisted cases, robotic surgery, and aseptic technique
• Two professional references covering one year of experience within the last three years
