Job Opportunity – Mammography Technologist – Eureka, CA 95501

Start Date: November 2, 2026

Location: Eureka, California

Schedule: Day shift, Monday through Friday, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30). 40 hours of orientation provided.

Highlights:

• 13-week travel assignment in beautiful Northern California coastal community
• Work with advanced imaging technology including Hologic 3D mammography systems
• Perform a variety of procedures including screening and diagnostic mammograms, stereotactic biopsies, and needle localizations
• Consistent Monday through Friday day shift schedule with no weekend coverage required
• Serve adult and geriatric patient populations in a supportive radiology team environment
• One pre-approved time off period available during contract

Requirements:

• Active California state license or compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• ARRT (R) and ARRT (M) certifications required
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of mammography experience required
• Previous travel experience required
• Proficiency with digital mammography, 3D mammography, and quality assurance procedures
• Experience with Hologic 3D systems, fine needle aspiration, needle localizations, and stereotactic biopsy preferred
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• PACS and Synapse/Hologic system familiarity preferred
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
