Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Operating Room – Apple Valley, CA 92307

Start Date: November 3, 2026

Location: Apple Valley, California

Schedule: 12-hour variable day shifts, Sunday through Saturday coverage. Shifts include 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, 9:30 AM - 10:00 PM, and 10:30 AM - 11:00 PM, with some shifts including on-call coverage. On-call requirement estimated at 70-90 hours per 6-week period. Weekend and holiday call required; must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays.

• Float opportunities between main OR and outpatient surgery center
• 91-day assignment with potential for extension

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license (Compact license accepted; must be in hand at submission)
• Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience required (3 years preferred); previous travel experience required
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Extensive surgical experience required including laparoscopic procedures, total joint replacements, robotic surgery, and various specialty procedures
• Experience with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System, general OR, ortho/spine, and multiple surgical specialties strongly preferred
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Must provide 2 professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Candidates located within 50 miles considered local
