Job Opportunity – Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonographer – Spokane, WA 99204

Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Spokane, Washington

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (7:30 AM - 5:00 PM). Perform 7-9 detailed ultrasounds daily. No weekends, no nights, no major holidays.

Highlights:

• Work in a specialized Maternal Fetal Medicine setting with dedicated ultrasound rooms across multiple locations
• Collaborate directly with MFM physicians to provide high-risk pregnancy care
• Perform advanced imaging including fetal echocardiography and detailed anatomical surveys
• Assist with specialized procedures including amniocentesis, CVS, and PUBS
• Excellent work-life balance with no weekend, night, or major holiday coverage required
• 182-day assignment with potential option to convert to permanent position

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sonography experience required
• ARDMS OB/GYN certification required
• Nuchal Translucency (NT) certification required
• BLS certification required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Extensive experience with high-risk OB, fetal echo, and detailed ultrasound imaging
• Proficiency in all trimesters, fetal anatomical surveys, transvaginal ultrasound, and Doppler studies
• Valid state license (compact license accepted; must be in hand at submission)
• Willingness to float within scope to meet facility needs
