Job Opportunity – Labor and Delivery Nurse – Coos Bay, OR 97420
Start Date: October 1, 2026
Location: Coos Bay, Oregon
Schedule: Variable shift, 36 guaranteed hours per week. 91-day assignment through December 31, 2026. Overtime available after 40 hours per week. On-call coverage required.

Requirements:
- Active Oregon State RN License required
- Minimum 3 years Labor and Delivery nursing experience required
- Recent acute care hospital experience within the past 5 years preferred
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
- BSN degree preferred
- National Certification in Lactation or Perinatal nursing preferred
- Strong clinical skills in postpartum, GYN, surgical/medical overflow patient management
- Proficiency in newborn care, breastfeeding assistance, infant nutrition, and neonatal resuscitation per NRP protocols
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required
