Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Outpatient Neurology – Olympia, WA 98506

Start Date: November 9, 2026

Location: Olympia, Washington

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 17:00), Monday through Friday. No weekends or on-call required. 91-day assignment through February 8, 2027.

Highlights:

• Work in a general neurology outpatient practice treating patients with TBI, stroke, CVA, and other neurological conditions
• Support high-acuity neurology patients including infusion coordination (e.g., Leqembi)
• Manage Epic nurse in-boxes, work queues, and patient communication via phone and MyChart
• Coordinate lab orders, imaging orders, and results while ensuring accurate clinical documentation
• Triage patient calls, process medication refills, and transcribe voicemail messages into Epic
• First-time travelers accepted with at least 6 months of RN experience

Requirements:

• Active Washington State or Compact RN license (Compact license must be in hand at time of submission)
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Experience with telephone triage, medication reconciliation, and interpretation of laboratory results preferred
• Medical-surgical, family care clinic, internal medicine, or urgent care background beneficial
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Candidates must not reside within 50 miles of the assignment location
