Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist – Crookston, MN 56716

Start Date: December 14, 2026

Location: Crookston, Minnesota

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 40 hours per week. No weekends or on-call required.

• Diverse outpatient caseload spanning pediatric through geriatric populations with varied diagnoses including acute and post-operative orthopedics, chronic pain, neuromuscular reeducation, balance, vestibular, pelvic health, developmental delays, sports injuries, and post-concussion care
• Director of Rehabilitation is a licensed Physical Therapist available for clinical support and consultation
• Flexibility to work within your areas of comfort and expertise—no requirement to treat patient populations outside your scope of practice

Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Minnesota or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Experience with inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services preferred
• Comfort treating a broad range of patient populations and diagnoses
