Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse Case Manager – Ellensburg, WA 98926

Start Date: November 16, 2026

Location: Ellensburg, WA – Central Washington

Schedule: Full-time, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of one year of experience in case management, social work, and discharge planning
• Proficiency in Cerner EHR system
• Familiarity with rural healthcare settings and navigating limited resources strongly preferred
