Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Job Description
- Position: EP Lab Tech (Days)
- Welcomes first-time travelers with extensive previous experience
- Scrubs provided
Required Certifications
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- National Certification (ARRT or CCI)
- New Mexico License (pending acceptable)
Experience Requirements
- Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology

Compliance & Documentation Requirements
- I9 form (for direct candidates)
- Driver’s License or State ID

- Physical exam within 12 months of start
- Fit mask test within 1 year of start, must be renewed annually
- Negative 10-panel drug screen within 90 days of start
- Immunizations and health documents:
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years)
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year
- TB questionnaire if positive results, renewed annually
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella: Positive titer or 2 vaccines required
- Hepatitis B: Positive titer, series, or declination accepted
- Varicella: Positive titer, 2 vaccines, or physician-documented history required
- Seasonal flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31)
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required
Competency Requirements
- Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam (80% score or meet/exceed Angoff score)
- Color Blind Testing (online acceptable)
- Competency exams as applicable to profession (minimum 80% passing score)
- Annual core testing for subcontractors
Additional Notes
- Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement and HIPAA compliance required
- Various certifications such as PALS, NRP, CHEMO, TNCC, CPI, NIH Stroke Certification, and Management of Assaultive Behavior may be required as applicable
- Work history verification for the past 7 years required
- Skills checklist specific to the unit required annually
