**Join Our Team as an Outpatient Physical Therapist!** **Job Description:** - Exciting opportunity for a passionate Physical Therapist seeking a fulfilling role in an outpatient setting. - Workdays: 5 days a week; potential flexibility for 4x10 shifts. - Schedule: Daytime hours, allowing for a balanced work-life experience. - Dress Code: Business Casual – showcase your professional yet comfortable style. - Patient Demographics: Engage with diverse age groups, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. - Productivity Expectations: - Average visits per day: 8-10 - Maintain an active caseload of 25 patients. - Key Responsibilities: - Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments, including Fall Risk Assessments and PT evaluations. - Manage and build caseloads effectively. - Skills Needed: - Proficient in case management and patient education. - Experience with a variety of orthopedic conditions: - Achilles Tendonitis - ACL Tear - Back Pain (Post-Operative) - Calf Strain - Carpal Tunnel Syndrome - Disc Herniation - Fractures/Stress Fractures - Generalized Low Back Pain - Headache - Meniscus Tear - Osteoarthritis - Osteoporosis - Plantar Fasciitis - Postural Dysfunction - Rotator Cuff Non-surgical Intervention - Rotator Cuff Repair (Post-Operative Care) - SI Joint Dysfunction - Stenosis - Thoracic Outlet Syndrome - TMJ Dysfunction - Total Joint Replacement - Experience Level: - Open to new graduates with a willingness to learn (at a reduced rate), but preference for candidates with 1+ years of experience. - Required Certifications: - BLS/BCLS certification is mandatory. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
