**Exciting Opportunity for Outpatient Physical Therapist - Days** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team as an Outpatient Physical Therapist! - Work with diverse patient populations including: - Adolescents - Adults - Geriatrics - Experience in a vibrant clinical environment focused on: - Case Management - Screening/Building Caseloads - Utilize top-notch productivity tools with expectations of: - 11 patient visits per day - Engage in comprehensive evaluation/assessment methods involving: - DME (Durable Medical Equipment) Authorization & Documentation of Need/Order - Fall Risk Assessment - Treat a wide range of orthopedic conditions such as: - Achilles Tendonitis - ACL Tear - Post-Operative Back Pain - Fractures/Stress Fractures - Rotator Cuff Repair - Post-Operative Care - Total Joint Replacement - Address neurological conditions including: - MS (Multiple Sclerosis) - Parkinson's Disease - Vestibular/Vertigo - Concussion - Enjoy a flexible work schedule: - Days, 5x8 (open to 4x10s) - Dress Code: Business Casual - Utilize NextGen as the EHR system - Minimum Experience: 1 year - Required Certifications: - BLS/BCLS **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
