**Exciting Opportunity: Licensed Practical Nurse Case Manager - Employee Health** **Job Description:** - Oversee the Employee Health Program, making a significant impact on the wellbeing of staff. - Conduct initial assessments and manage the employee immunization program. - Handle workers' compensation needs, ensuring seamless support for our employees. - Engage in data collection and maintenance, enhancing the effectiveness of health initiatives. - Perform statistical computations that drive decision-making processes. **Position Qualifications:** - Completed a program of education from a NLN approved institution; BSN preferred, LPN minimum. - Minimum of 4 years of nursing experience, ideally in an adult care setting. - Licensed as an LPN or RN in good standing with the State of Alaska or other applicable state. - Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and Employee/Occupational Health preferred (1 year to obtain AHA BLS certification if not already possessed). - Proficient in office equipment, including computers, telephones, fax machines, and copiers. - Familiarity with TJC/OSHA regulations is a plus. - Strong skills in Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel), along with essential nursing competencies. **Shift Information:** - 8-hour day shift. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
