Shift: Night Shift (18:30 - 07:00)
Patient Ratio:
- ICU: 1:2
- Step Down: 1:3
Minimum Experience Required: 2+ years ICU experience
Licenses/Certifications Required:
- Arizona RN License
- ACLS
- BLS
- NIH Certification
Preferred Experience: Impella and IABP
EMR System: Medhost
Schedule: Blocked schedule considered; may float as needed
On Call: No on-call required
RTO: Blackout dates for holidays apply; other RTO TBD
Scrub Color: Black
