**Job Description:**

- **Position:** CLS/MT 
- **Start Date:** ASAP 
- **Licensure:** Must hold an active Montana license 
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years required 
- **Training:** Phlebotomy training is essential 
- **Microbiology:** Experience in microbiology is preferred 

**Shift Information:**

- **Schedule:** Primarily day shift 
- **Shifts:** 4 - 10 hour shifts 
- **Flexibility:** Alternating days/hours based on departmental needs 
- **Variable Coverage:** May include NOC coverage 

**Essential Skills:**

- Must have experience with Epic systems 
- Commitment to patient care and teamwork 

**Holiday Coverage:** Required
