**Exciting Opportunity for an ER Registered Nurse (RN) - Nights!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic Emergency Department team in Eastern NM! - Travel position starts ASAP and spans 13 weeks. - Night Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM, with every other weekend required. - Floating required, but rarely needed. **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 2+ years of ER nursing experience. - Required certifications: - NIHSS - SAMA or CPI - ACLS - BLS - PALS - TNCC **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver exceptional care to Emergency Room patients. - Utilize the Nursing Process per state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. - Exhibit critical thinking and scientific judgment. - Plan and anticipate safe delivery of care. - Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education. - Delegate care priorities based on staff education and experience. - Provide guidance and supervision to patient care personnel. **Additional Information:** - Fingerprints required for all NM travelers. - Possible approval for 48-hour guarantees; please indicate in submission. - Blocked scheduling may be accommodated; specify in submission. - Emergency Department features 23 beds. - Patient ratio: 1:4-6. - Scrubs: Royal Blue. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
