**Join Our Dynamic Interventional Radiology Team!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Interventional Radiology Tech - **Experience Required:** 5 years in Interventional Radiology - **Travel Experience:** Required - **Shift:** Day 4x10 (07:00 - 17:00) - **Weekend Requirement:** 3-4 weekends per contract - **Call Requirement:** Yes, with only weekend on-call shifts **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform Interventional procedures with precision and care - Monitor patients accurately during procedures - Set up and maintain equipment for optimal performance - Handle various procedures including: - Angioplasty - Chest Tube Placement - Embolization - Gastrostomy Tube Placement - Inferior Vena Cava (IVC) filter placement - Liver Biopsy - Mesenteric Angiogram - Stent placement - Thoracentesis - Provide exceptional patient care across various age groups (Adolescents, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics) - Maintain a sterile field during procedures - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and Radiology **Preferred Qualifications:** - Certifications: - ARRT R, BLS - ARRT VI (preferred) - Skills: - Vascular Closure Systems (Perclose, StarClose) - Computed Tomography and Ultrasound proficiency - TIPS (Transjugular Intrahepatic Portosystemic Shunt) experience **Special Equipment:** - Siemens single plane and GE Biplane - Ultrasound and monitoring devices **Patient Population:** - Acute inpatient and ED emergent populations - Procedures for bleeds, cancer, vascular disease, and more **Orientation:** - Tailored based on experience, with 36 hours of orientation provided **Scrubs:** - Provided for all staff **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
