**Join Our Dynamic Rehab Team as a Night Shift Registered Nurse!** - **Position:** Registered Nurse - Specialty in Rehab - **Travel Experience:** Not Required - **Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) - **Patient Ratios:** - Days: 1:8 - Nights: 1:8 - Weekends: 1:8 - Weekend Coverage: Every Other - **Patient Age Groups:** Adults - **Interdisciplinary Support:** Collaborate with IV Teams, Phlebotomy **Your Qualifications:** - **Years of Experience:** Minimum 1 year - **Previous Charge Experience:** Preferred - **Certifications:** - BLS (required) **Preferred Experience:** - Community Hospital - Teaching Hospital - LTAC (Long-Term Acute Care) - Trauma Level I or II **Essential Skills:** - **Clinical Expertise in:** - IV Therapy - Starting and maintaining IVs - Administration of blood and blood products - Cardiac Care - Angina, Hypertension, Post MI, Post-surgery - Orthopedic Care - Total Joint Replacements, Prosthesis application - Endocrine/Metabolic Management - Blood glucose monitoring, Insulin protocols - Respiratory Care - Ventilated Patient care, Tracheostomy management - Neurological Assessments - CVA, Parkinson’s disease, Stroke scale assessment - Gastrointestinal Care - Feeding tube management, Swallowing precautions **Professional Topics and Skills:** - Diabetic Teaching - Fall Risk Assessment/Prevention - Infection Prevention - Pain Assessment Management - Pressure Ulcer Assessment/Prevention - Wound Care **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
