**Join Our Team as a Licensed Masters of Social Worker (LMSW)!** **Job Description:** - Location: Spokane, WA - Start Date: ASAP - Contract Length: 13 weeks - TEMP TO PERM - Shift: Day 5x8hr (Monday to Friday; weekends not required) - Daily Patient Load: 1:50-60+ (1:1 patient care and group counseling) **Position Highlights:** - Work primarily with adults aged 55 and older who are low income and medically complex - Engage with patients facing mental health diagnoses, behavioral issues, and/or substance abuse - Utilize your skills in biopsychosocial assessment, documentation, and care planning - Collaborate in a team-oriented environment to make a lasting impact on patient lives **Qualifications:** - Required Experience: At least 1 year working with geriatrics - Certifications: BLS is required - Skills: - Strong proficiency in biopsychosocial assessment - Excellent documentation and care planning skills - Familiarity with EPIC EMR is a must - Must hold a valid Washington state license at the time of signature - Reliable transportation is required; no additional scheduling restrictions **Additional Information:** - First-timers welcome! - No on-call duties involved - Locals accepted within a 50-mile radius at the same rate - Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks) - Attire: Any basic color scrubs - Free parking available **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
