**Join Our Team as a Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN)!** **Job Description:** - Oversee the delivery of dialysis and provide exceptional care to patients. - Engage with patients through education about treatment processes and health management. - Supervise and guide Dialysis Technicians to ensure high-quality patient care. - Adjust treatment plans in compliance with standing orders to meet patient needs. - Monitor patient outcomes and apply critical thinking to optimize care. - Administer medications accurately and safely. - Participate in quality improvement projects, enhancing patient services and clinical practices. - Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary care team, including social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists. - This is a chronic, in-center position with a focus on compassionate patient care. **Licensure & Certification:** - Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or a Compact Nurse license. - Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through the American Heart Association. **Experience Required:** - Minimum 1 year of nursing experience. - Previous dialysis experience is a must. - Prior experience in acute or ambulatory nursing is preferred. **Location & Hours:** - Work across various clinics (Everett, Mountlake Terrace, Monroe, and Smokey Point). - Flexibility required for AM or PM shifts based on staffing needs. **Shift Information:** - 10-13 hour shifts available. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
