**Exciting Opportunity: Outpatient Occupational Therapist** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team in an engaging outpatient therapy setting. - Work with a diverse patient population: Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics. - Experience a rewarding 5x8-hour Day Shift: 08:30 - 17:30. - Weekly Patient Census: 10-12 patients. - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary support team including Physical Therapy. - Utilize Preferred Charting System: Epic. - Required Experience: 2 years in outpatient occupational therapy. - Required Certifications: BLS, California License (CA). **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct assessments, evaluations, and reassessments. - Develop and implement individualized Plans of Care. - Provide patient and family education to enhance safety and injury prevention. - Focus on areas such as: - Hand Clinic - Pediatric Outpatient - Adult Outpatient - Hand Injury and Progressive Neurological Disorders - Perform specialized therapies and modalities, including: - Splinting - Adaptive Equipment Assessments - Home Exercise Programs - Facilitate activities of daily living and pre-discharge planning. **Schedule Details:** - Weekend Requirement: One weekend day (typically Sunday) every other weekend. - Orientation Hours: 40 hours provided. - Weekend Coverage: Must accommodate department needs. - RTO Restrictions: Must be included at the time of submission. - Guaranteed Hours: Facility calls off once per two-week pay period. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
