Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Position

Job Description

• Provide physical therapy services to help patients reduce pain, improve or restore mobility, and prevent disability.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using various techniques to promote movement and restore function.
• Educate patients on managing or preventing conditions for long-term health benefits.
• Work in an inpatient rehab setting.
• Required to float within the facility.
• Shift: Days, 9 AM - 6 PM.
• No on-call requirements.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Texas licensure.
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• At least 1 year of inpatient rehab experience.
• Experience with EMR Medhost preferred.
• Must be located more than 50 miles from the facility.
• Solid color scrubs required.

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

• Recent graduates and LPTAs will not be considered.
• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
