ICU Nights - Embrace the Challenge! - **Exciting Opportunity**: Join a dynamic ICU team for Night 4x12-Hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30) - **Experience Required**: 2-3 years in progressive ICU with a preferred patient ratio experience of 1:2 - **Professional Role**: Registered Nurse specializing in ICU - **Shift Requirements**: Float and weekend shifts required - **Pre-approved Time Off**: One request allowed - **Orientation**: 12 hours of orientation to help you acclimate - **Patient Demographics**: Work primarily with adults, handling critical cases such as: - ARDS - SEPSIS - CHF - Overdose - Post-Op Complications - DKA - GI Bleeds - Dialysis CRRT - **Comprehensive Skill Set**: - IV therapy and management - Arterial line and central line care - Ventilator management - Cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia management - Infection prevention and isolation protocols - **Certifications Needed**: - ACLS - BLS - CPI (preferred) - NIHSS (preferred) - PALS (preferred) - TNCC (preferred) - **Professional Development**: Ideal candidates will possess charge experience and have the ability to work in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment, including: - Physical Therapy - Respiratory Services - Social Services - Rapid Response Teams - **Join Our Mission**: Be part of an environment that prides itself on comprehensive care and teamwork.
