Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Full-time outpatient physical therapist position at a healthcare facility in Basalt, Colorado.
• Start date: February 3, 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter.
• Role involves evaluating patients and developing treatment plans for various diagnoses.
• Goals include improving patient strength, range of motion (ROM), balance, safety, and function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Schedule: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day; weekdays vary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact license for Colorado.
• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience; 3-5 years preferred.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Flu vaccine required (no exemptions).

Additional Information

• Housing opportunity available: furnished studio and small one-bedroom apartments near the facility (subject to availability).
• Radius rule: Traveler’s permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility.
