Job Opportunity: ICU Registered Nurse (RN) - Hawaii

Minimum 3 years of ICU experience

Licensure & Certifications

Active Hawaii RN License required by start of assignment
BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
NIH Stroke Scale Certification (must submit certification or complete a 45-minute online class during orientation)

Job Duties & Requirements

Flexible shifts: Day or Night shifts assigned based on staffing needs
Work schedule: 3 twelve-hour shifts (36 hours) per week after orientation
Call shifts: 2 twelve-hour call shifts per 4-week roster period
May float to other critical care and step-down units as needed
Nurse-to-patient ratio: 2:1
Unit size: 11 beds
Use of Meditech electronic health record system
Professional dress code: Scrubs

Orientation

1 week orientation (up to 40 hours)
Must arrive the Thursday before start date for employee health appointment on Friday
