**Exciting Opportunity for Respiratory Therapists - RRT!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Respiratory Therapist - RRT - **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience required - **Travel Experience:** Not required - **Shift Details:** - Night shifts available: 4x12-hour (18:45 - 07:15) - Orientation: Initial days 7a - 7p, followed by 7p - 7a for night shifts - **Certifications Required:** - BLS - ACLS - PALS - NC State License - RRT Credentials - **Preferred Certifications:** - NRP - **Essential Skills:** - Airway management - Medication administration - Ventilator management - Interpretation of arterial blood gases (ABGs) - O2 therapy - Suction techniques - **Work Settings:** - Adult Critical Care - Emergency Department - Med/Surg and ICU/Stepdown Units - **Patient Demographics:** - Adolescents - Adults - Geriatrics - **Special Procedures/Unit Details:** - Join a dynamic respiratory care department that practices at the top of their license! - Work with a large COPD population and care for patients affected by COVID-19. - Potentially engage in prone positioning and use advanced equipment such as: - Servo I - Servo U - Hamilton T1 - Night-time VPAP - ABL90 ABG machine - **Call Requirement:** On-call as needed, based on workload. - **Weekend Requirement:** 4 weekend shifts within a 6-week timeframe. - **RTO Policy:** 7 days max allowed for Aya auto offer. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
