Floating: No floating between units required

Block Schedule: Open to Sat-Mon block schedule
Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

Required Certifications

BLS (Basic Life Support) - AHA or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation certification
ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
ARRT Advanced
California State License (CPDH Certificate required for RTs working in CA)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - AHA or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation certification
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - AHA or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation certification
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure) - Current certification by AAP, AHA, or Canadian Paediatric Society
Other certifications may be required based on clinical track and specialty verification

Experience Requirements

Respirator fit testing required for travel candidates (updated annually)
References: Minimum 2 supervisor references covering 1 year of employment in comparable specialty/setting within last 3 years

Training & Competency Requirements

Completion of Providence-specific WorkRamp modules prior to start, including:
- Core regulatory requirements
- Specialty-specific modules for Radiology/Cardiology roles
- Epic training modules (completion required before moving to paid status)
Competency exams as applicable by profession
Medication test/pharmacology competency exam as applicable
Color blindness testing if required by unit

No floating between units required
Facility allows 1 shift call-off per 2 weeks
