### Exciting Opportunity for a Respiratory Therapist - RRT **Job Description:** - **Position:** Respiratory Therapist - RRT - **Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15) - **Experience:** Minimum 2 years required **Qualifications:** - **Certifications Required:** - BLS - ACLS - NC State License - RRT Credentials - **Preferred Certifications:** - NRP - PALS **Required Skills:** - Airway Management - Medication Administration - Ventilator Management - Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs) - Oxygen Therapy - Suctioning and Pulmonary Toileting - Nebulizer and BiPAP/CPAP Therapy **Work Environment:** - **Patient Care Settings:** - Med/Surg Units - ICU Step-Down Units - Emergency Department - **Patient Age Groups:** Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics - **Patient Diagnoses:** Large COPD population and COVID patients **Special Procedures/Unit Details:** - Practice at the top of your license in a large respiratory care department - Engage in various critical care activities - Utilize advanced technology including: - Servo I, Servo U, Hamilton T1, Night-time VPAP - ABL90 ABG machine **Scheduling Highlights:** - **Ratios:** 35-45 patients per day - **Weekend Requirement:** 4 weekend shifts within a 6-week period - **Call Requirement:** On-call as needed, based on workload **Unit Orientation:** - Initial orientation will take place from 7a - 7p, transitioning to 7p - 7a for shifts **Scrubs Provided:** Black **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
