Job Opportunity: CAH RN (Contract)

Location: White Sulphur Springs, Montana
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Work at a small rural Critical Access Hospital in a scenic, outdoor-oriented community.
Responsible for ER and acute care nursing, including triage in the ER.
Serve as the only night shift RN in the building and in charge of the ER.
Act as house supervisor for LTC nurse and CNA during the shift.
Assist with LTC duties such as rounds and toileting at night.
Shift staffing includes 1 RN, 1 LPN, and 1 CNA.
Very low ER census (1-2 patients per shift) and low inpatient census (1-2 patients).
Must be a team player willing to support fellow nurses.

Requirements

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required; TNCC preferred.
Experience: Must be an experienced RN confident in ER and acute care nursing and triage.
Prior travel experience: Not specified or required.

Additional Information

Orientation scheduled over three days.
Work environment offers small-town appeal with outdoor recreational opportunities nearby.
